User Finder

If you are a network administrator and you need to keep a close eye on each PC connected to the network, you may be facing a problem: how to find out which user is logged on each PC. You will need to go to each computer separately, in order to find out this information, because Windows doesn't have a tool for scanning the network for connected users.

Fortunately, there is User Finder, a Windows tool specially designed for scanning the network and displaying connected users to each PC. In this way, the administrator will know what user is accessing a certain computer in no time.

After installing and launching the application, the user will only need to select the name of the network workgroup and click on the Scan button. In a very short time, the names of the users connected to the network computers will be displayed inside the program's interface. In case the user knows the IP address of a certain computer and would like to know which user is connected to it, he can type the IP address manually.

Using the list of users, the network administrator can perform various actions and tasks on each of them. As such, he can reset the user's Windows password with a single click, can view complete information regarding the PC and the user, can ping and traceroute the computer and so on. In this way, the administrator will know if a certain computer connected to the network is working properly or not.
